All store prices are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD) inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and all purchases are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). The store currency is shown in the top right hand corner of the navigation bar.
We accept payments via Paypal or credit card through Square (Visa or Mastercard only). All surcharges, fees and taxes are included in the price of all goods and shipping.
While we prefer that you process credit card transactions through our primary provider, Square, you can also process credit card transactions through Paypal with or without an account as a guest.
Shipping is only provided domestically within Australia through Australia Post using the information you provide.
We usually post items within 1 - 3 business days however you will receive a notification via e-mail when this occurs with the associated tracking number issued by Australia Post.
Once an item is “shipped” it is outside our control including delays and all communications regarding the current location, estimated delivery or lack of delivery should be directed to Australia Post.
Shipping options include Click and Collect which allows you to forgo paying for shipping by picking up your order locally in Bunbury which is a “by appointment only” arrangement which we will coordinate with you through the email you provide as part of the checkout process.

Our shipping is calculated using your suburb / city, state and postcode as provided by Australia Post. This means that your suburb may be listed / described differently to Australia Post such as if you use “Mt” rather than “Mount”. In some cases your suburb may be newer than our database records which may mean that if you cannot get it to work that you may need to provide a suburb name in the same postcode and notify us to amend the suburb manually. Orders placed through the online store are final meaning that items cannot be added or removed once an order has been placed and paid for. You may request that an order be cancelled but we reserve the right to refuse cancellation as we do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.
We value simplicity when it comes to buying from us and as a result we decided to use a shopping cart that didn’t require you to have an account to shop. We see online shopping as no different to shopping in store and you have a right to be anonymous until you pay for you items…unfortunately we still need to know who you are to collect or ship your goods. This does however create an issue with managing inventory as when a visitor adds to their cart they reserve an item preventing other visitors from buying the item. To address this issue, because abandoned carts are a reality (adding to your cart and then closing the page without emptying your cart), we have instigated a limited cart life of 1 hour which allows you plenty of time (in our opinion) to browse and purchase your desired items and not too long before other people can purchase them again. If you feel this is too short then we would be happy for you to let us know so that we can reassess this time frame in the future.
If you are seeing this message and the quantity of an item won’t increase or you see a zero (0) quantity item in your cart then this is due to inventory restriction. This occurs when someone has added items to their cart or we have temporarily reserved an item that has not yet been paid for. This is effectively the same as an item not being on the shelf at a supermarket but a customer hasn’t paid for the item and it is possible that it will return to the shelf. In order to limit abandoned carts from creating excessive reservations we limit cart life to 1 hour which means you can either contact us to confirm available stock or try again in an hour. You will not be charged for zero (0) quantity items if you forget to remove them from your cart but we suggest removing them to avoid confusion.
